Seminar Content
Abstract
This seminar presents a mathematical framework for optimal life-insurance selection and purchasing decisions within a market containing multiple life-insurance providers. The study investigates how mathematical optimization techniques can be used to identify insurance strategies that maximize expected utility while accounting for uncertainty and financial risk.
The presentation highlights the application of mathematical finance, stochastic optimization, and decision theory to life-insurance markets.
The seminar was presented at Birzeit University, Palestine, on January 12, 2016.
The presentation focused on mathematical models for life-insurance markets, optimal financial decision-making, and optimization under uncertainty.
